Trusting your heart, letting it take lead in your life is one of the most challenging yet most exhilarating experiences of life – forget jumping out of an aeroplane: this will make you feel more alive than anything!

There is nothing more unsettling than denying the calling of our hearts. It's the voice of our creative spirit, and it's the core of everything – if we block its flow, we feel stuck & become dissatisfied with life. We become tired & unwell... simply put, life loses its magic - the very magic & wonder we felt as children. As children, we were connected to our intuition - our creative spirit - everyday. We still have access to it, but most of us have learnt to suppress it, led by example from our society and culture, and we have no idea how to find it again.  However, the great news is that everyday we create experiences without even knowing it, to show us the way of our hearts. When we begin to see patterns & habits - the “why does this keep happening?” moments - so begins the transformation of these moments into unique opportunities to listen, reflect, learn, and evolve as individuals for the benefit of the whole - humanity & the universe beyond. 

Becoming aware of blocks that we have built over our lifetimes, and finding ways to dissolve them has become one of my greatest passions. I've discovered that the light - our true beauty - that emanates after we let go of limiting beliefs blocking our way is out of this world and to feel its glow is pure magic. It's why I call myself and those I work with Everyday Alchemists. 

And for me it's treasure hunting on the vast ocean waters: discovering long lost jewels. And when I say jewels I mean the ones that matter, the ones that live inside us that nobody knows about. 

I set sail and go treasure hunting everyday, sometimes with a map, sometimes without. I hunt within myself daily, and I go treasure hunting with my mentoring clients - creative souls around the world who sense the incredible value in themselves and are ready to receive the support they need from me to unearth the blocks & take the leap to listen to their creative spirit and live to their full creative potential. 

I live the creative life, the heart-led life everyday. I go against the grain, I don’t follow rules.  I play by my own rules. I’ve stood in front of my fears, time and time again and moved through the fear, time and time again. I am real. And I am living it – not pretending to live it. My work is tangible. I am visible. I live my truth:  I am an artist.

Every day I make room to ripen; every day I’m in an alchemical state. And, now and then, my creativity erupts to make something wonderful that resonates with thousands of people around the globe. 

I follow my heart, my creative spirit, and have done so my entire life. As a high-profile and prolific author, photographer and visual storyteller, my work has been featured in dozens of magazines and books around the globe over the past decade. 

So I know from experience it's absolutely possible to live a creatively rich life. And I know the blocks intimately as well as how to dissolve them...
